Horrible place to deal with. Waited a very long time four hours for these people to do their job! Was told five minutes and hours later still nothing. Ask what’s going on oh not sure

Great service. Scheduled a recall repair when other dealers I have dealt with in the past are not proactive with recalls hoping their clients don't know about the recall or forget to book.

Amazing staff, super friendly. Love how they always fill my washer fluid and tires when I go in as I find it hard to do myself 🙂 I drive to this location from Kanata as they are seriously the best! 10/10 recommend out of all jeep dealerships in Ottawa

Went to them for warranty work, had to go back to have same part fixed again. Not the dealer's fault, the part was defective but they stood by the warranty. They didn't do the oil change I asked for while waiting for the replacement's replacement 😒, hence knocked off a star. They do communicate well otherwise. Not sure why they didn't do the oil change like I asked before leaving when I initially dropped it off. Despite this, I will go back again for dealer service.

We sent our van there and they spent 3 months until we finally got the van and when we got it, there were cables hanging out of the back of it, the sound system is having issues, AC isn’t functioning, there’s a broken speaker, and missing ownership and insurance papers.
