Ryan in the customer service dept was amazing. I walked in without an appt, as I had an issue with my key fob. He took care of it right away!! Wow.
I walked in to Southbank Dodge shopping for a new truck. I dealt with Shabir, he was young but very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions, we discussed what I was looking for and we walked the lot and viewed the inventory. I went in for a 2024 RAM 1500 Rebel and after a 2 hour discussion I decide on a 2024 RAM 2500 Rebel. Based on my use this made the most sense for my money. Southbank closed at 8pm and they kept it open until 10pm to get my deal done. The whole team got involved the next morning to get my truck registered, inspected and detailed for a 6pm pickup. Amazing team, very accommodating, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Not pushy or aggressive like some other dealers I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend visiting Southbank Dodge if you’re shopping around, tell them Shawn sent you. Impossible to thank everyone by name, but RJ in service, the techs, and the parts team never fail to impress. Backordered part arrived sooner than expected. I received regular updates from RJ as to how the job was progressing, and they were able to accommodate performing additional work that I requested smoothly and without any unreasonable delays. And the best part, the final price was considerably less than what I had budgeted for. That is the kind of unexpected surprise I like. Thumbs way up!!!
