The Know & Go app

The Know & Go app leverages augmented reality to provide drivers and owners a new way to learn and interact with their vehicles. In the past, you’d need to flip through the pages of your Ram owner’s manual to learn about the vehicle; you’d also need to frantically search through the pages if warning lights came on to know what they mean and how to address those issues.

Now, it’s even easier to access the owner’s manual via the app as well as a number of instructional videos. This puts more power in customers’ hands to take care of their vehicles and get the most out of their Ram 1500 TRXs.

To use the app, all you need to do is point the camera at any part of the vehicle and the augmented reality will tell you more about it, including its name and a description of its function. It’s like having a handy mechanic in your pocket at all times.

The Know & Go app was developed by a group of Fiat Chrysler employees and after several rounds of employee voting and screenings by judges, including C-suite level executives, the app was refined and green-lit for the bevy of benefits it will bring to drivers and Ram owners.
