“ I walked in to Southbank Dodge shopping for a new truck. I dealt with Shabir, he was young but very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions, we discussed what I was looking for and we walked the lot and viewed the inventory. I went in for a 2024 RAM 1500 Rebel and after a 2 hour discussion I decide on a 2024 RAM 2500 Rebel. Based on my use this made the most sense for my money. Southbank closed at 8pm and they kept it open until 10pm to get my deal done. The whole team got involved the next morning to get my truck registered, inspected and detailed for a 6pm pickup. Amazing team, very accommodating, friendly and pleasant to deal with. Not pushy or aggressive like some other dealers I’ve dealt with.
