December 2010 Good Morning Pierre. I wanted to drop a quick note to offer my sincere thanks to everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at Southbank this past Thursday (Khrist, Ernesto, Bill and Andy, and apologies if i missed someone or got the name wrong). I was under a serious time crunch and all the guys went out of there way to make the experience move along as quick as possible to get me into the car I was interested in.

November 2010 Dear Mr. Morrison:
Let me start by saying that in all my years of buying cars, I have never yet felt the need to write such a letter. I would like to say that Mr. Charbel Gedah is not only a very personable young man, but he is also very knowledgeable and attentive. However, at no time did I feel that I was being talked into anything or hurried about making a decision.
Even though we knew what we wanted, we actually came away with a bit more than we had planned for. However, that is not to say that we were talked into anything, because even though I had never entertained the need for a 4x4, I still think it was the wise choice. And that is the mark of a good salesman.
We wish Mr. Gedah all the best and sincerely hope that if your company awards exceptional salespeople he would be on that list. We will not hesitate in passing on our good experiences with Charbel, and your dealership in general, to our friends and acquaintances.

August 2010 Hello Mason, I was seeing you last Thursday. What pleases me about going to Southbank is the welcome that your staff gives me when I arrive. Everytime I had to go to your dealership, everyone outside the door had a smile and a nice greeting while opening the door for me. It's a feeling of belonging that I have never felt before my 35 years of dealing for vehicles. Please pass this on to your staff and tell them to keep up the good work. November 2010 Hello, I purchased a 2006 Magnum SXT from your dealership in the summer of 2009. My wife and I dealt with Mason and found Mason to be a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales person.
However, this email is related to your service area. When I purchased the Magnum SouthBank installed roof racks for me, it was a 'Dealer Installable option' and apparently your garage had never done this before.
After a period of time a water leak developed, I know from my years spent in the automotive trade just how hard it can be to track down the cause of a water leak, especially one that only occurs under torrential down pours.
It took numerous visits to your service department to resolve this issue, prime suspects were plugged sun roof drain holes and another possibility was an improperly closing sun roof, while these were contributing factors, in the end a re-sealing of the roof rack mounting points with urethane seems to have solved the problem, my fingers are still crossed.
Throughout this entire process I was dealing with Dean Martin, Dean was always friendly, professional and was willing to listen to me even though initial water tests were not showing any problems. Thanks to Dean's persistence it looks like this problem has been solved.
It is not often that you encounter a person working in the service industry who is so diligent, persistent and friendly.
Dean's professionalism reflects well on Southbank Dodge.

August 2009 Last day of vacation in Niagara Falls, my truck wanting to extend its stay, died on me on the highway. It's Civic Day and nothing is open so I had the clever idea of towing the truck to the nearest Chrysler dealer. The next day I dropped by the dealer to see the extent of my problems when the service advisor told me it was my transmission housing that was damaged. The part was back order even in the States. Bottom line: 2 weeks minimum without any promises and no other viable solutions (we called all transmission businesses in the area). Although it would have been nice to stay there for an extra two weeks, I had to go back to work in order to pay for all the repairs (LOL). As a last resource, I decided to call my preferred dealership (Southbank Dodge) and begged for help knowing that there was nothing they could do either. Well, I was wrong, Norm Haggar and Dean Martin (service department) and Jean-Marc Lamoureux (parts) tag teamed and found the missing part hidden at another dealer somewhere in Quebec. They immediately ordered the part and had it UPS delivered directly at the Niagara dealer within 2 days. Even the Niagara service advisor was stunned to see the package arrive. I had my truck fixed within the same day and could drive back home without anymore unfortunate events. Anyway, I would like to personally thank all involved personnel at Southbank Dodge doing the extra effort to help me in times of need. I don't have to say that I will always do the extra distance to get my car fixed at Southbank Dodge or to get a new vehicle.
