Vehicle ReconditioningYour pre-owned vehicle is repaired and reconditioned before delivery to ensure it meets the Total Quality Inspection. Lifetime Engine ProtectionYour engine block is protected for life when you follow your recommended maintenance schedule and service your vehicle at Southbank. You must service your vehicle at Southbank Dodge Chrysler Jeep every 5000 to 8000 KM in order to maintain your lifetime engine protection. Your protection can cover up to $4,000 and is transferrable if you decide to sell your vehicle. Ask your Southbank Business Manager or Service Manager for additional details on this protection and additional protection packages. Lifetime Warranty for your BatteryYour newly purchased vehicle comes with a lifetime warranty on your battery. You must service your vehicle at Southbank Dodge Chrysler Jeep to maintain this lifetime warranty. In case of battery failure or defect, we will replace it. This protection is not transferrable. It also includes: flat tire repair, replacement of un-repairable punctured tires, and replacement of rims if they are damaged and will not hold air, mounting, balancing and installation and all related taxes & levies, with no deductible. Lifetime Roadside AssistanceYour newly purchased vehicle can benefit from Lifetime Roadside Assistance when you follow your maintenance schedule at Southbank. You must follow your recommended maintenance schedule and service your vehicle at Southbank Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Your vehicle can be towed up to 40 KM and should be brought at Southbank if within the radius. Applies on pre-owned vehicle purchases only. Free Tire StorageSouthbank is proud to provide free tire storage, which means there is no hassle when changing your tires in between seasons. To be eligible for free tire storage, you need to have your tire installation done at Southbank Dodge Chrysler Jeep.
